Head of Commercial

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a rapidly growing foods distributor in the Middle-East. Our client is currently in the market to appoint a Head of Commercial to look after their retail outlets and grow their distribution network. THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE RELOCATION TO THE MIDDLE-EAST.

KEY DUTIES:

Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers

Identifying new markets and business opportunities and visit potential customers for new business.

Gather market and customer information and provide feedback of future buying trends.

Liaise with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders.

Use stock and sales information in order to anticipate monthly demands

Able to travel to Trade Shows

Lead and develop the current Sales Team

Develop new business

KEY SKILLS:

*Great organizational skills with the ability to multi task.

*Great oral and written communication skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and be as flexible as part of a small team.

*Ability to prioritize and manage own workload amid conflicting demands and busy work periods.

The ideal candidate will be coming from a strong business development background within the Hospitality service industry.
