Steven joined us right at the start of our journey, a graduate in Business and Finance, Steven brings commercial acumen and a desire to succeed to the table. Being a shopaholic and a food critic in his spare time, Steven knows what the term “customer experience” means. Besides working in recruitment, Steven has a keen interest in politics and can sometimes confuse the office for the House of Commons.

Marcel has been involved in Retail and Hospitality recruitment for almost 12 years, working across multiple geographies. His addiction to online shopping does not serve the purpose of our recruitment sector but it gives him great insight in to where the competition for our markets is coming from and how our clients can counter this. Marcel’s other interests include racing and he can often be found either in a car wash or on a race track.

Loucas has an extensive recruitment background, working with some of the UK’s largest retailers for over 10 years. His experience is predominantly in the buying and merchandising field, but with exposure to marketing and supply chain. We are pretty sure Loucas is only here to help fund his property addiction.

Nathan supports us on the commercial development side, going to market and helping potential customers better understand what we can support them with. Being a strong listener with great attention to detail, Nathan can translate information with precision to all the search teams to deliver the most accurate results for our customers.
