School Director

International multi-faceted group looking to appoint a General Manager to oversee the introduction of a new school in Kuwait.

The Academic Director will:

• Installation of new school
• Project manage the construction
• Develop and support strategic planning processes within the Institute.
• Develop strategy for, and leadership of, the induction, progression and outcomes of students.
• Maintain oversight of improving student outcomes, NSS/TEF/DLHE key performance indicators.
• Line-manage Programme Leaders and Academic Co-ordinators to enhance and ensure the quality of provision and student outcomes.
• Identify, develop and foster the talent needed to deliver the Institute’s strategy and goals.
• Demonstrate a high level of strategic thinking and planning in order to deliver the Institute’s goals, both internally and externally.
• Understand the complexities of the education sector
• Demonstrate awareness and responsiveness to sector changes and be able to communicate these to staff

To be selected for this position, you will ideally be coming from an early childhood / primary school management background, ideally with experience in new school planning.
