Head of Ecommerce

Leading retail group currently looking to appoint a Head of Ecommerce to oversee their online development.

The role –

• Responsible for all range planning and online scheduling
• Seasonal buys, inventory forecasting and planning
• Use data analysis to identify and prioritise major sales drivers and highlight deficiencies
• Ensure product is on the site, in the right place and in timely manner
• Manage trading calendar in line with company business plan BAU’s and projects
• SEO and Online marketing strategy
• Continuous review and development of all online channels to maximise sales and customer experience
• Co-ordinating online merchandising and campaign strategies
• Asset creation including; product photography, copy, product descriptions etc
• Overseeing Customer relations, Warehousing and Logistics Management
• Managing 3rd party technology and service providers

The ideal candidate will be coming from a strong online retailing background preferably with fashion experience.
