Leading international retail group looking to appoint a specialist in Tax and Compliance.
The ideal candidates will have:
- An understanding and experience of the structures and tax planning approaches used in the multinational enterprises and large public groups,
- Knowledge and experience of the taxation legislative and financial environments, particularly in the areas of tax due diligence, mergers and acquisition, international tax and public and multinational groups,
- Achieved outcomes within set time frames,
- Negotiated with clients and stakeholders using professional judgement and knowledge to influence outcomes
- Developed and mentored less experienced staff to make technical decisions
- Contributed own expertise to promote tax technical excellence
- A degree in tax, accounting, commerce or law
- Experience in the tax, accounting or law fields
